Leading Experts in

Gemology Training

Since 1991, the Indian Institute of Gemology has been a leader in gemological education, providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the gems and jewellery industry. Our institute is internationally recognized, attracting professionals from across the globe, including jewellers, designers, and exporters. Many of our graduates have gone on to build successful businesses, and we are proud to be affiliated with the Indian Diamond Institute Society and the Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences in Bangkok.

With the increasing demand for gems like Tanzanite, Tourmalines, and Peridots, alongside the growth of brands like De Beers and Tanishq, the need for scientific gem identification and international trade practices has never been greater.

Our courses equip students with the expertise to navigate the global gems and jewellery market, fostering professionalism and ethical trade practices. All courses last for around 2 months, unless you opt for a private individual course that will be wrapped in 25 classes.
